Do you offer emergency HVAC service?

How quickly can you come out?
For standard appointments we typically schedule within 1–2 business days. For emergency calls, we aim to respond same-day, often within a few hours depending on our current workload.
Do I need to be home for the appointment?
Yes, we ask that a homeowner or authorized adult (18+) be present so we can walk you through our findings and get your approval before any work begins.

How much does AC repair cost?
Repair costs vary depending on the issue. A diagnostic visit and minor repair may run $150–$300, while refrigerant recharges, capacitor replacements, or other parts repairs typically range from $200–$600. We always explain the cost before any work is done — no surprises.
How much does a new AC system cost?
A complete system replacement in a typical Granbury-area home generally ranges from $4,000–$10,000 depending on the system size, efficiency rating (SEER), and brand. We offer free in-home estimates so you get an accurate quote for your specific situation.
Do you charge extra for after-hours or weekend service?
Standard after-hours and weekend charges may apply for non-emergency calls. Comfort Membership members receive no after-hours surcharges as part of their plan.

We recommend a maintenance visit twice a year — once in spring before cooling season and once in fall before heating season. Regular tune-ups catch small problems before they become expensive failures and keep your system running efficiently.
How often should I change my air filter?
For standard 1-inch filters, every 1–3 months is typical for most homes. If you have pets, allergies, or a dusty environment, lean toward monthly changes. Thicker 4–5 inch media filters can last 6–12 months. A clogged filter is one of the most common causes of reduced efficiency and system failures.
My AC is running but not cooling well. What could be wrong?
Several things can cause this: a dirty air filter, low refrigerant, a frozen evaporator coil, a failing capacitor, or a dirty condenser coil outside. Start by checking and replacing your filter. If that doesn't help, give us a call — our technicians can diagnose the root cause quickly.
How long should an AC system last?
